- These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the purchase of digital products sold through it. By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Digital Products & License
- All products sold on this website are digital assets. No physical goods are delivered.
- Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to use the product. Ownership of the product and all intellectual property rights remain with us at all times.

3. Gifting & Transferring
- Gifting or transferring a purchased model to one other individual is permitted under the following conditions:
- The model may only be transferred once.
- The original purchaser must permanently delete all copies of the model after transfer.
- The recipient is bound by these same Terms of Service.
- Further resale, redistribution, or re-gifting by the recipient is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to bypass these conditions will be considered a violation of these Terms.

4. Prohibited Use
- The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Reselling any of our models, whether for free or for any price.
- Redistributing models through file-sharing platforms, marketplaces, or third parties.
- Reusing, extracting, or modifying parts of our models (including but not limited to buses or components) for personal or commercial use.
- Selling or monetizing any free releases provided by us.
- Converting models to different sizes (e.g., converting a 12M model into an 18M model), unless other sizes are not available for sale and explicit permission has been granted.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All models, assets, images, and content on this website are protected under EU copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly forbidden.

6. Enforcement, Blacklisting & Legal Action
- Violation of any part of these Terms may result in:
- Immediate and permanent blacklisting, including loss of access to our services and products.
- Legal action in accordance with applicable EU and national laws, including claims for damages and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

7. No Refund Policy (Digital Content Exception – EU Law)
- All sales are final.
- In accordance with EU consumer law, by purchasing our digital products you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- The digital content is delivered immediately.
- You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.
- All products are clearly displayed with images and descriptions. Purchasing a product is done at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability
- All products are provided “as is.” We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, to the maximum extent permitted by EU law.

9. Changes to the Terms of Service
- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on the website. - Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Communication & Support
- All questions, support requests, and communication regarding our products or these Terms must be conducted exclusively through our official Discord server. - Support via other platforms is not provided.

11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with European Union law, supplemented where applicable by national legislation. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the EU.
